A private suite with old-soul charm, near Yorktown & Williamsburg
The Granny Chic Suite is a self-contained 1,000-square-foot guest suite — king bed, full kitchen, in-suite laundry, and a dedicated driveway — minutes from historic Yorktown, Colonial Williamsburg, and Jamestown.
Welcome to the Granny Chic Suite
Well hello, dear — come in and make yourself at home. This is your very own thousand square feet, with a private entrance and a driveway all to yourself, so there's no fussing over anyone else's comings and goings. A proper king bed with good linens, a real kitchen you can actually cook in, your own washer and dryer so you needn't overpack, quick Wi-Fi, and a tidy little desk if you must bring work along on your trip.
Guests are forever telling me how clean and roomy it feels — more like a little home than a rental. I've tucked away the everyday things you might forget: soap and shampoo, a few snacks, the small odds and ends, so you can settle in without running a single errand.
This suite was never meant for just sleeping — it's meant for living in, the way I do: a cozy sitting room for evening chats, a real kitchen for real cooking, a soft bed for good rest, and a driveway that's yours and yours alone. Everything in it was gathered piece by piece rather than bought as a matching set, and that's rather the point — each one has a story, dear, same as I do.
This suite is set up for 2 guests, always
Occupancy is limited to 2 guests maximum. This is a condition of our county short-term rental permit — not a house preference — so we're genuinely unable to make exceptions, including for infants, children, or extra overnight visitors.
If your trip includes more than two people, we're happy to point you toward other wonderful stays nearby, but this suite won't be able to accommodate the extra guest(s).
